Delivery Date • Delivery will be dispatched in two working days after your order is placed. The actual delivery time may vary subject to the arrangement of courier.
• Please note that remote areas may require additional processing time, including but not limited to: Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, South Lantau, Ma Wan, Tai O, Tong Fuk, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, and Pui O.
Delivery fee • Free shipping is available for orders of HK$99 or above delivered to Hong Kong address.• For orders under HK$99, a shipping fee of HK$18 will be charged for delivery to Hong Kong address.
• If customers request to change the delivery address during transit or if the address is in a remote area, the courier will charge an additional fee.
• Delivery to addresses served by other courier companies, restricted areas, government departments, or any inaccessible locations is not available.

Overseas Area The overseas area will be delivered within 30-45 working days after successful payment. (Subject to Post’s delivery policies and status.) For details of Hongkong Post delivery please click here ￭ For the same order delivered to areas outside Hong Kong, a shipping fee of HK$50 will be charged to addresses in Asia and HK$90 will be charged to addresses outside Asia.
You will not receive a physical SIM card once you select to use eSIM. An activation email with the eSIM QR code will be sent to your registered email once you complete the plan subscription, thank you.
